The retreat experience

Time to unwind, connect and recharge

Daily pilates and yoga

Morning pilates builds strength and focus. Evening yoga slows everything down. Each class blends breath and movement for body and mind.

Guided hikes

Walk countryside or coastal routes with a guide who knows the paths. Fresh air, open views and time to talk or stay quiet.

Sound baths

Lie back, close your eyes and let the sound do the work. Deep relaxation with no effort required.

Pranic Healing

A hands-off energy practice that clears tension and rebalances the body. You leave each session calm and restored.

Floral workshop

Gather for an afternoon arranging seasonal flowers. Slow, hands-on and surprisingly calming.

Cookery workshop

Learn simple, nourishing recipes alongside our cooks. You leave with dishes you will make again at home.

Nourishment

Food sits at the heart of every retreat

You eat wholesome meals made with fresh ingredients, shared around one table. Breakfast after morning movement. A long lunch. Supper as the evening winds down. Every dish supports the rest you came here for.
